PAYMENT

• Select the product you want to buy
• Choose to pay by scanning the QR Code and proceed to pay directly like a normal transfer:
• For orders over VND 20,000,000, please scan the payment code with VietQR code
• For orders under VND 20,000,000, please scan the payment code with Momo code

DELIVERY

• Free shipping with orders from 3,000,000 within Ho Chi Minh City
• Out-of-province orders will pay the shipping fee directly to the shipping unit of the order.
• Ssammpack supports delivery for out-of-province customers to the transport unit designated by the customer in the Ho Chi Minh area.

CHANGE OF GOODS

Cases in which no return or exchange is applicable

• The product has a manufacturer error (damage, breakage or technical error …)
• Product was damaged due to delivery
• The product is not according to the customer’s request because the staff prepares the wrong product or takes the wrong size
• Product is unused, sealed, unopened
• Product used
• Sample products 0 VND
• The product has been delivered to the store more than 7 days

• Exchange goods within 7 days, counting from the date of exchange information from the customer.
• Customers need to notify Ssammpack staff via (Hotline/zalo: 0865 603 664)
• Shipping costs for orders eligible for returns supported by Ssammpack
• Steps to take
• Notify the order status to the staff to determine the return conditions
